Order Policy



All sales final. No returns accepted. No refunds. Exchanges not allowed. Please be sure your order is correct before placing it. If an order is refused without obtaining authorization we will issue a store credit for a future purchase less the cost of shipping paid.


Orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of being placed. Orders may not be cancelled after this due to the fact that we have already begun processing your order.

If you need to make changes to your order type/quantity please contact us within the first 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours we are unable to make any changes.


Ocassionally we may offer "flash" sales or special discount codes that exceed our normal 10% discount. If you have placed an order within 24 hours prior to a new sale, you may contact us for a price adjustment. Any orders outside of this time frame are not eligible for an adjustment.

Exchange Policy for defective hair


Hair found to be defective can be exchanged for an equivalent product at our discretion, we do not offer monetary refunds. Defective hair excessively sheds and tangles despite following the hair care tips found on our website. To process any exchanges the procedure is as follows:


  1. The hair must not be chemically altered in any manner.
  2. Any issues with hair must be brought to our attention within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Once we have been notified we will email you a prepaid USPS return label.
  4. The hair must be returned using the label within 5 business days, we will track the order.
  5. Once we examine the hair we will contact you with our assessment.
  6. Exchanges will be sent only for products returned that meet the criteria above.
